Since the MPPT and voltage control for each PV module by the SolarEdge Performance optimizer is carried out separately, the single-phase inverter only takes over the conversion of equal to AC. Consequently, the inverter is less complex, cheaper and more reliable. The solid strand voltage ensures the operation with the highest efficiency at all times, regardless of the strand length and temperature.
